Get your meetup featured on Whatnot
Whatnot runs its own Community Board. If you would like to submit your independently organised meetup, check its current process on Whatnot's website. Meetup Hub is not affiliated with or endorsed by Whatnot.
1. List your meetup on Meetup Hub
Create your meetup with a clear title, date, venue area and cover photo. Your meetup page becomes the link guests use to sign up, so it needs to be live before you submit anywhere. Host a meetup
2. Check you qualify
At the time of writing, Whatnot asks that hosts have:
- made a sale on Whatnot in the last 90 days
- an on-time shipping rate of at least 80%
- a fulfilment rate of at least 95%
Whatnot sets these rules and may change them, so check the board itself before you apply.
3. Submit to the Community Board
Open Whatnot's Community Board and follow its submission steps. When it asks for an event or RSVP link, paste your Meetup Hub meetup page link. Submission does not guarantee a feature, and Meetup Hub has no part in Whatnot's review.
4. Keep your page ready for new guests
Once featured, expect sign-ups from people who have never met you. Keep the details up to date, reply to applicants quickly, and add photos and a recap afterwards so your past meetup page keeps working for you.
Meetup Hub is an independent community project. Featuring is decided by Whatnot, not by Meetup Hub.
